Welcome to AI Love Simulator! Before you start using this service, please read and fully understand the following User Agreement and Disclaimer (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").   This service is limited to lawful purposes only. Users must not use it for any activities that violate laws and regulations or public order and good morals, including but not limited to pornography, violence, gambling, and other non-compliant content.

II. User Rights and Obligations

1. User Rights 

  - Subject to this Agreement, users have the right to use all the functions provided by this service.

  - Users have the right to obtain and use points in accordance with platform rules to redeem virtual services.

2. User Obligations

  - Users must not use this service to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities, including but not limited

to generating, disseminating, or storing pornographic content.

  - Users must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and

interests of others.

  - Users must not use this service for commercial purposes or unauthorized promotional activities.

  - Users must properly safeguard their account information and must not transfer, lease, or lend their accounts to

others.

III. Membership Subscription and Points Rules

1. Membership Subscription 

  - Membership subscription is a virtual service. Refunds are not supported after purchase, so please choose

carefully.

  - Membership benefits are only valid during the subscription period. Unused points will be automatically cleared

after the subscription expires.

2. Points Usage 

  - Points can only be used to redeem virtual services provided by the platform and cannot be cashed out,

transferred, or traded.

  - The rules for points usage are subject to the platform's public notice, and the platform reserves the right to

adjust points rules according to operational needs.

IV. Prohibition of Pornographic Content

1. Prohibition of Pornographic Content

  - Users must not use this service to generate, disseminate, or store any form of pornographic content, including

but not limited to pornographic text, images, audio, and videos.

  - The platform will monitor the content generated by users in real-time. If pornographic content is detected, it will

be immediately deleted, and the user's service eligibility will be terminated.

2. Violation Handling

  - If a user violates this clause, the platform has the right to take the following measures:

    - Delete the non-compliant content.

    - Suspend or terminate the user's account.

    - Reserve the right to pursue legal responsibilities.

V. Disclaimer

1. Service Interruption

  - For service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as system maintenance, network failures, etc.), we will

endeavor to fix the issue but will not assume any liability arising therefrom.

2. Content Responsibility 

  - Users are solely responsible for the content they generate while using this service (such as conversations,

images, etc.). The platform does not assume responsibility for its legality, accuracy, or applicability.

  - If a user posts non-compliant content, the platform has the right to delete the relevant content and terminate the

user's service eligibility.

3. Data Security 

  - The platform will take reasonable measures to protect user data security but cannot guarantee absolute

security. Users should bear the losses resulting from data leakage, loss, etc.

4. Third-Party Services 

  - This service may include links or services provided by third parties. The platform does not assume

responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or actions of third-party services.

VI. Intellectual Property Rights

VII. Agreement Modification and Termination

  - The platform has the right to modify this Agreement according to laws and regulations or operational needs.

The modified Agreement will take effect after being publicized on the platform. Continuing to use this service

means that the user accepts the modified Agreement.

2. Service Termination

  - Users may cease using this service at any time.

  - If a user violates this Agreement, the platform has the right to terminate the user's service eligibility and reserve

the right to pursue legal responsibilities.
